PERSONAL DATA
The personal data provided to International Dog Training by customers is used solely for the fulfillment of budgets, contracts, invoices, receipts, or cash sales concluded between the company and the customers. This data may be shared with public authorities or judicial entities when required by law.
Under applicable law, customers have the right to request access to or rectification of their personal data.
Without prejudice to the indicated recipients, International Dog Training may communicate/share the personal data of a customer, with the purpose of fulfilling the contract/service for which it was contracted, provided that the recipients (subcontractors) are obliged to respect the European Regulation on Protection of Data, and that or by legal obligation, namely judicial, police, fiscal and regulatory entities. In addition to the information provided, the data collected may also be used for digital marketing purposes (Facebook, Newsletter and other social networks).
CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA TO BE COLLECTED
For the aforementioned purposes, the entity may collect and process personal data as well as the
original and copies of the respective documents:
• Identification data: name; household; age; BI No.; citizen Card; VAT Number ;
• Other data: telephone number; email.
DATA STORAGE TIME
The period during which personal data is stored and maintained varies according to the purpose for which the information is processed. The data will only be stored for the minimum period necessary under the terms defined by law.
